Dear McNeil Family,
We are so sorry for your loss. Art was a great guy whom we had the pleasure of knowing. He was always friendly and out-going. We thought a lot of Art and appreciated his friendship and always knew just the man to call when we needed some painting done. We will surely miss him and keep you in our thoughts and prayers.
With Deepest Sympathy,
Luke & Megan Niemela

Dear McNeil Family:
Please accept my sincerest condolences for your loss. While I did not know Mr. McNeil personally, I was saddened to hear of his demise. I know his family and friends will sorely miss him. Seems no matter how much we prepare, we are never fully prepared for the death of our loved ones. That is why the Bible refers to death as an enemy. At 2 Corinthians 15:26 - it says that “death as the last enemy will be brought to nothing.” We will all rejoice when that day comes. Until then, we are comforted by the fact that “God is Love” (1 John 4:8) He would never leave us to fend for ourselves. He has therefore provided a loving arrangement to help us cope with the death of our loved ones. It can be found at Acts 24:15: “and I have hope toward God, which hope these [men] themselves also entertain, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous. Jesus Christ provided a foregleam of this when he resurrected his friend Lazarus. At John 11: 42-44 Jesus said in prayer to his Father “True, I knew that you always hear me; but on account of the crowd standing around I spoke, in order that they might believe that you sent me forth.” And when he had said these things, he cried out with a loud voice: “Laz′a•rus, come on out!” The [man] that had been dead came out with his feet and hands bound with wrappings, and his countenance was bound about with a cloth. Jesus said to them: “Loose him and let him go.” So see, Jesus does have the God-given power to resurrect. Please review these scriptures in your personal copy of the Bible and may Jehovah the God of all comfort strengthen you during your time of need. (Psalms 83:18) (2 Corinthians 1:3)
Sincerely,
Sister Hughes

Dear Conrad & Connie, I am so sorry for your lost. I did not even know that you had also lost Michael. Things change so much after one moves away and we lose contact. Please know that I am thinking about you and that God will comfort you at this difficult time in your lives. Kaye

Just learned of Art''s passing. I''m one of his painter aquaintances in Wisconsin.
Art only helped me and my friend Bill, for a year or two while he was living up here. But in that short time we made a friend. We certainly came to love and respect Art, not only for his great painter skills and knowledge, but for his warm personality.
I''ve been trying to reach him for a couple of months, and finally suspected something had happened.
I will miss him. I hope the family is doing alright. I hope you can drop me a line and tell me a little more.
