Mary Zook Miller, 76, of Hwy 172, Crockett, Kentucky died unexpectedly Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at Frye Regional Medical Center.
She was born January 4, 1933 to the late Paul Perry Zook and Bertha Tice Zook.  She retired from Rod & Staff Publishers.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Miller.
Survivors include a sister, Margaret Hooks and husband, Andrew of Taylorsville, Mildred Zook, Martha Zook, Rachel Zook, Miriam Zook and Catherine Zook all of Kentucky and a brother, Paul Zook of Virginia Beach.
All services are to be held in Kentucky.

Dear Zook family,
We received word this evening of the passing of your sister Mary.
We know this is a shock since it was so sudden. Be assured of our prayers for you during this time. Mary was a special sister in your family. She became the mother figure to you younger girls when your mother died, and she took such good care of Ginny.
While we sorrow, we do not sorrow as those who have no hope. How great is our Lord and Savior!
