Hubert Daniel "Danny" Wyatt

Mr. Hubert Daniel “Danny” Wyatt, 87, of Moravian Falls passed from death into life on Monday, April 8, 2024 at his home.    

Danny was born on June 28, 1936 in Wilkes County to Tyra Windfield Wyatt and Syble Gaynell Eller Wyatt. 

Danny lived by his Christian faith and taught his family the same values.  He was a Deacon, Sunday School teacher and in the choir at Cub Creek Baptist Church where he was a long-time member.  He was a very talented craftsman with masonry and woodworking.  Danny always thought of others and was very kindhearted.  

Danny is preceded in death by his parents.

Danny is survived by his wife of 68 years, Delma Jean Clark Wyatt of the home; daughters, Becky Parsons and husband, Rev. Lynn Parsons of Lenoir, Beverly Page and husband, Todd of Purlear; son, Tim Wyatt and wife, Lonnie of Moravian Falls; sisters, Margaret Thurman, Linda Combs; brother, Jim Wyatt; grandchildren, Jessica Walker and husband, Matt, Bethany Rausch and husband, Jason, Jared Parsons and wife, Cierra, Danielle Wyatt, Hunter Page, Casey Page; great grandchildren, Drew Walker, Paisley Walker, Evie Parsons. 

A visitation will be held 1:00-1:45 p.m. on Saturday April 13, 2024 at Cub Creek Baptist Church.  Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at April 13, 2024 at Cub Creek Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in church cemetery.    

Rev. Lynn Parsons and Rev. Brian Sampson will be officiating.
