Helen Katherine (Davidson) Nunn (Wilkes Location)

Helen Katherine Davidson Nunn, 83, of Hilltop Drive, Wilkesboro, died Monday, April 11, 2011 at her home.  She was born January 21, 1928 in Crittenden County, KY to Ace and Verna Gibbs Davidson.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Nunn; her parents; one sister, Sue Milliken.

Survivors include: three daughters, Pat Parish and husband Bill of Sugar Grove, Linda Brady and husband Harvey of Bennett, Brenda Quate of Candor; four sons, Tom Nunn, Sam Nunn and wife Debby, David Nunn all of Wilkesboro, Danny Nunn of Clemmons; one sister, Betty Coleman of Phoenix, AZ; two brothers, Glenn Davidson of Marion, KY, Ted Davidson of Riverside, CA; one brother-in-law, Otis Milliken of Marion, KY; one sister-in-law, Edna Nunn of Marion, KY; ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 o'clock Thursday at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church- Prayer Chapel with Rev. Kevin Brown officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church-Prayer Chapel from 1:00 until 2:00 o'clock on Thursday prior to the service.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 4-A Oak Branch Drive, Greensboro, NC 27407-2145.
