Sandra was born on Wednesday, January 23, 1963 to William Harold Baldwin and
Marjorie Kay Osborne.
Sandra is preceded in death by her mother, Marjorie Kay Osborne.
Sandra is survived by her father, William Harold Baldwin; husband, Vincent Ricci; son, Michael Poe of North Wilkesboro; sister, Lisa Reed and husband, Danny, of Hays; brother, William Baldwin and wife, Tina, of Lansing; step-son, Kelby Ricci of North Wilkesboro; and special nephews, Mason and Sawyer Baldwin.
Memorial Service will be held 2 p.m., Monday, April 17, 2017 at Badger Funeral Home in Ashe County.
