Mrs. Vickie Marie Roberts Macklin, 56, of North Wilkesboro, passed away on Tuesday, July 3, 2018.

Vickie was born on June 8, 1962 in Wilkes County to Jimmy Alfred Roberts and Verna Marie Caudill Roberts.

Vickie is preceded in death by her father, Jimmy Roberts.

Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Verna Marie Caudill Roberts; husband of 38 years, Roy Henry Macklin; daughters, Shelly Callaway (Josh) of Asheville, Sheila Key of Millers Creek; sisters, Nickie Salas of Mulberry, Rickie Dancy (Jeff) of Purlear; brother, Micky Roberts of Mulberry, two grandchildren, Ethan Key of Millers Creek, Gwendalyn Macklin Callaway of Asheville.

Visitation will be held Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 1:00-1:45p.m. at The Adams Funeral Home of Wilkes Chapel in Moravian Falls.

The Funeral service will be held Saturday July 7, 2018 at 2p.m. at The Adams Funeral Home of Wilkes Chapel in Moravian Falls

Rev. Bud Laws will be officiating.

Burial will follow the funeral at Roaring Gap Baptist Church in Thurmond.
