Mrs. Wilma Evelyn Bare Holbrook, 78, of Ferguson, passed away on Monday April 23, 2018.

Wilma was born on May 1, 1939 in Wilkes County to Jesse Hamilton Bare and Rose Emma Anderson Bare.

Wilma is preceded in death by her parents and daughter Joyce Kim.

Those left to cherish Wilma’s memory are her husband, Edward Holbrook of the home; daughter, Debra Hatfield of Ferguson; sons, Bobby Holbrooke of Ferguson, David Deahn (Tina) of Minnesota; sisters, Shirley Davis, Tootsie Oliver (Jim) all of Tennessee, brother, Rufus Bare (Elizabeth) of Wilkesboro, eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Lewis Fork Baptist Church in Purlear.

Pastor James Smith will be officiating.
