Agnes (Martin) Harrington

Agnes Martin Harrington, age 85, of Taylorsville, passed away on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at the home of her daughter.

Agnes was born September 17, 1940, in Alexander County, the daughter of the late John James Martin and S. P. Dagenhart Martin.

Agnes worked for Hardees in Taylorsville for over 20 years and was of the Christian faith. She enjoyed crafting, loved to read, word search puzzles, and watching TV game shows. She loved her family, children, and grandchildren.

Including her parents, she was preceded in death by: her first husband, Bobby Fincannon, her second husband, Darrel Harrington; sons, Timmy Fincannon, Jody Harrington; daughters-in-law, Linda Fincannon, Rhonda Fincannon; granddaughter-in-law, Samantha Fincannon.

Those left to cherish and honor Agnes’s memories include: her daughter, Becky Cline (Roger) of Taylorsville; her sons, Sammy Fincannon (Cathy) of Stony Point, Danny Fincannon of Stony Point, David Fincannon of Taylorsville, Jimmy Fincannon (Donna) of Stony Point; her grandchildren, Corey Cline (Molly), Hannah Bostian (John), Dusty (Maria) Fincannon, Zach Fincannon, Katherine King, Traci St. Clair (Kyle), Megan Stines (Chris), Josh and Jake Fincannon, Kelie Huffman (Gavin), Myra Fincannon, Johnathon and Samantha Moose, DJ Griffin, Nikki Brewster (Brian); 25 great-grandchildren; Beverly Moose special friend of Jody.

No services are planned at this time.
