Mrs. Bernice Lee Roten Bowlin, 91, of Wilkesboro passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2020.

Bernice was born on March 15, 1929 in Wilkes County.

Bernice is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Loudermilk and Dollie Roten Loudermilk; husband, Joseph Vergil Bowlin; brothers, Bill, Fred and Robert Loudermilk

Bernice is survived by her daughter Janet Johnson (Kenneth) of Wilkesboro; son, Tim Butts (Jan) of Goldsboro; sister, Betty Wickless (Phil) of Maryland; brothers, Guy Loudermilk (Gerri), Llyod Loudermilk all of Arizona, Ray Loudermilk of Maryland; 6 grandchildren, David Church (Melissa) of Wilkesboro, Sandra Wyatt ( James) also of Wilkesboro, Shane Church (Wendy) of Oakboro, Davey Johnson (Crystal) of Hamptonville, Brett Butts of Goldsboro, Justin Butts (Jessica) of Goldsboro, 18 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren.
