Billie Stepp Obituary
Ms. Billie Jo Stepp, 41, of North Wilkesboro, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at her home.
Billie was born on June 10, 1979 in Clinton Ohio to Charles Edward Stepp and Caroline Delores Cidwell McKinney.
Billie was a very caring and easy going person, she enjoyed working with children.
Billie is preceded in death by her father.
Billie is survived by her mother, Caroline “Carol” Cidwell McKinney of Ohio, half sister, Rainbow Sholler of Ohio, Step brother Travis McKinney also of Ohio; aunt, Patricia Holleman of Roaring River; friend and Companion, Jerry Bownam of the home.
The family will conduct a private service at a later date.
