Blake Jones Carroll

Mr. Blake Jones Carroll,78, of Ferguson passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at his home.

Blake was born on November 19, 1945 in Wilkes County to Clint Jones Carroll and Betty Mae Pennell Carroll.

He enjoyed deer hunting, trout fishing and spending time with his dogs. Blake also liked cars and Nascar.

Blake is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Juanita Carolyn Eller Carroll and infant brother. 

Blake is survived by his daughters, Jeanette Shumate and husband, Dwayne of McGrady, Shirley Greene Drum and fiance, Dean Flint; son, Doug Carroll and wife, Tammy of Moravian Falls; sister, Mary Ann Severt and husband, Jim of Millers Creek, ; 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 2 nephews.

 A visitation will be held from 6-6:45p.m., Friday, September 6, 2024 in the Adams Funeral Home of Wilkes Chapel in Moravian Falls, 2109 Moravian Falls Road, Moravian Falls, NC 28654.  A memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m., Friday, September 6, 2024 in the Adams Funeral Home of Wilkes Chapel in Moravian Falls. 

Pastor CJ Carroll will be officiating.
