Deeston Michael Brown

            Deeston Michael Brown, age 12, of Granite Falls, passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2024 following a lengthy illness.

            Deeston was born October 12, 2011 in Caldwell County, the son of Michael Damien Lane and Allison Barrier.

            He enjoyed fishing, hunting, go-karts, camping and loved to fly his drones and enjoyed shooting guns.

            Including his parents, those left to cherish and honor his memories include: his grandparents, Anita and Michael Lane, Charles and Angela Rainey; his sisters, Addison Barrier, Havyn Barrier both of the home; his brother, Connor Furney of the home; his aunt, Nackenzie Rainey, his uncle, Patrick Brown; his fury friend, Rollie; and a number of other relatives and special friends.
