Derrick Anthony Morse

            Derrick Anthony Morse, age 53, of Taylorsville, passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at his home.

            Derrick was born March 28, 1971, in Longview, Washington, the son of Jack Anthony Morse and Deveny Nelson.

            He was a welder for Nelson Global in Statesville and also worked in Troutdale, OR and of the Christian faith. He loved his animals, riding motorcycles. He also loved his job but most of all he loved his friends and family.

            Those left to cherish and honor Derrick’s memories include his mother, Deveny Nelson of Fallon, Nevada and his father, Jack Anthony Morse and his best friend, Chris of Taylorsville.
