Donna S Raby

            Mrs. Donna S. Raby, 67, of Shook Road, Claremont, passed away on November 12, 2019 at Carolina Caring in Newton.

            Donna was born June 20, 1952 in Bluefield, WV, the daughter of the late Watson Minnix and Lillian Taylor Minnix.

            She had worked many years in services and was of the Christian faith. She enjoyed outdoor activities, watching birds and gardening.

            Including her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Jesse Wade Raby; a grandson, Ethan Hester; a sister and two brothers.

            Those left to cherish and honor her memory include: two daughters, Dannelle Hester and husband, Richard, of Taylorsville, Denise Hamilton and husband, Shane, of Smithfield, VA; a grandson, Tyler Hester; a sister, June O’Donnell of Texas; a brother, Arnold Minnix and wife, Judy, of Oak Island, NC.

            No formal services are planned.
