Mr. Dwight “Kelly” Payne, 44, of Boomer, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2020.

Kelly was born on January, 12, 1976 in Wilkes County to Dwight Gary Payne and Ellen Mary Grose Trivette.

Kelly is preceded in death by his mother, and grandparents, John and Joy Belle Payne.

Kelly is survived by his daughters, Meagan Anderson, Kassidy Payne, both of Wilkesboro; sister, Jessica Erin Payne of Hickory; brother, Chelsie John Soulagnet of New Orleans; grandchildren, Franklin Gaege Mathis, Coralynnee Mathis, one niece and two nephews.

The family will conduct a private memorial service at a later date.
