Elizabeth "Peaches" (Keever) Privette

            Elizabeth “Peaches” Keever Privette, age 77, of Taylorsville, passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at Gordon Hospice House in Statesville.

            Elizabeth was born June 1, 1948, in Alexander County, the daughter of the late W.D. Keever and Alma Eckard Keever.

            She worked for Clayton-Marcus for many years and was a member of Mt. Bethel Methodist in the Bethlehem Community. She enjoyed reading, playing Bingo, and spending time with her family. She was a people person; she never met a stranger always with a smile on her face.

            Including her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Privette.

            Those left to cherish and honor her memories include: her daughter, Tina Hilton (James) of Taylorsville; her son, Jerry Privette, Jr. (Kimberly) of Taylorsville; her grandchildren, Daniel Turner (Kristie), Kasey Privette (Ivan), Kendra Hilton (Ryan), Jordan Privette (Sabrina); her great-grandchildren, Ava Turner, Jaxon Turner, Emma Featherstone, Easton Fulbright; her sisters, Brenda Little, Wendelynne Keever Pearson both of Taylorsville; her special friends, Christopher Jamerson, Patty St. Clair, Shirley Childers, Tooter Bradburn; and many other relatives and friends.

            The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Monday, October 20, 2025, at Adams Funeral Home.
