Emma Grace Hastings

On October 20, 2024 Emma Grace Hastings, age 9, ran into the arms of Jesus. She was born November 6, 2014. She is the daughter of Matt and Catherine Hastings.

Emma attended Corinth Reformed Church in Hickory. Emma had the sweetest spirit and a smile that would light up any room. She radiated joy and love.

She is proceeded in death by: her grandfather, Joel Hastings.

Those left to honor and cherish her memories include: her parents, Matt and Catherine Hastings; a brother, Matthew Hastings of the home, who dearly loved his sissy; grandparents, Woody and Karen Worsham, Dan and Sarah Hoyle, Ronnie and Marsha Wade; her father, Andrew Wade; her great-grandmothers, Edna Hart and Carolyn Hastings; her aunts and uncles, Adam and Amy Hastings, Jordan and Anna Gambill, Drew and Virginia Hoyle, David Hoyle, Joseph and Gaby Hoyle, Josh and Ryan Martin; she is also survived by many cousins who loved and adored her. The family would also like to give a special thanks to the staff of Cardinal Kids.

The funeral service will be at 3 p.m., Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at Corinth Reformed Church in Hickory. Pastor Paul Cummings will officiate.
