Felix Sykes

Felix Sykes, 56, of Taylorsville, N.C. passed away Saturday August 28, 2021 at his home.

He was born November 1, 1964, in Buchanan County Virginia to the late Thurman Sykes and Thelma Stapleton.

He was a concrete truck driver for many years of his life. He loved hunting, fishing, and especially loved his Dog Gizmo. Felix loved his bible and read it daily. He spoke of his faith regularly and attended different churches when he could.
 

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his three brothers and two sisters.

He leaves to cherish his memory: Son, Anthony Sykes and Wife, Cheryl, of Charlotte; daughters: Samantha Sierra and husband, Alex, of Newton and Chana Little and husband, Chris, of Conover; grandkids, Riley Little, Dylan Sierra, Kale Little, and Gabriel Sierra.
 

As per Felix’s wishes his children will be doing something small to celebrate his life.
