Gary Ray Combs

Mr. Gary Ray Combs, 50, of Roaring River, passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Wilkes Medical Center. 

Gary was born on January 16, 1971 in Wilkes County to Everette Harvey Combs and Josephine K. Crabb Combs.

Gary enjoyed many projects, football and logging.

Gary is preceded in death by his brother, Wayne Combs Sr.

Gary is survived by his parents, Everette and Josephine Combs; wife, Darla Tutterow Combs of Wilkesboro; daughters, Karrie Harris and husband, Marcus of Millers Creek; Trinity Tutterow of Wilkesboro; sons, Cory Combs and wife, Leslie of Millers Creek; Jarrett Combs and fiancé Autumn Roten of Wilkesboro; brother, Michael Combs of Roaring River; 13 grand children and his beloved dog, Sally. 

A graveside service will be held Friday, September 17, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Rachael Baptist Church.
