Georgia Lynn (Logan) Absher

Mrs. Georgia Lynn Logan Absher ,57, of Wilkesboro, passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center. 

Georgia was born on July 1, 1968 in Wilkes County to George Edward Logan and Syliva Diane Bishop Logan.

She had a great sense of humor and was always fun to be with.

Georgia is preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Stoney Russell Minton.

Georgia is survived by her husband, Paul Douglas Absher, daughter, Misty Testerman and husband, Daniel of Millers Creek; sons, Timothey Nathan Minton of California, Joshua Russell Minton on Moravian Falls; sisters, Pam Logan of Wilkesboro, Donna Moore of Millers Creek, Jackie Testerman of Moravian Falls, Melissa Byers of Millers Creek, Kim Anderson and husband, Michael of Boomer; brother, Michael Logan of Moravian Falls and 3 grandchildren. 

 The family will conduct a private service at a later date.
