Helen Martin

            Helen Martin, age 75, of Hiddenite, passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at her home.

            Helen was born July 24, 1946 in Allegheny County, PA, the daughter of Harry Moore and Francis Kukta Moore.

            She retired from Tyson Food and was of the Christian faith. She enjoyed yard work and gardening.

            In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Ray Martin and a brother, Andy Moore.

            Those left to cherish and honor her memory include: her sons, Jimmy “Guger” Hardee of Alexander County, Dennis “Chooch” Hardee (Brandy) of Baltimore, MD; her sisters, Josephine Cale, Patricia Chavis, Jenny Brannigan; her brothers, Tommy Moore, Jerry Moore, Bobby Moore, Jimmy Moore; aunt, Carol Poe; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
