Hubert Greene Obituary

Mr. Hubert Sanford Greene, 88, of Ferguson passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at Atrium Health Wake Forest Wilkes Medical Center.

Hubert was born on October 22, 1935 in Wilkes County to Herman Dewey Greene and Betty Elzora Benge Greene.

He was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church and was a very considerate man.

Hubert is proceeded in death by his parents; son, Darrell Greene; sisters, Texie Greene, Beulah Hamby; brothers, William Greene, Ronald Greene, Von Greene.

Hubert is survived by his wife, Carolyn “Gail” Barlow Greene of the home; brother, James Greene and wife, Stella of Ferguson.

A private service will be held.
