Ayden Micheal Smith, the infant son of Charles Smith, Jr. and Amanda Daniels Smith of Granite Falls, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at the home
Infant Smith was born on December 1, 2011 in Catawba County.
Survivors in addition to his parents include his grandparents, Terry and Pat Daniels of Taylorsville and Mitzi McRaff and Charles Smith, Sr. of Hickory; three sisters, Gretchen Snodgrass, Breeanna Resecker and Raben Kirwin all of Granite Falls, four brothers, Tyler Resecker and Jacob Resecker both of Taylorsville, Owen Kirwin of Granite Falls and Connor Crouch of Rittman, Ohio.
A graveside service will be conducted at noon on Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Liledoun Baptist Church Cemetery by Pastor Steve Dagenhart.
The family will receive friends at Adams Funeral Home from 11 a.m. until noon on Saturday.
Adams Funeral Home and cremation service is in charge of arrangements.
