Jacqueline Marie (Rabiers-Villars) Adams

Mrs. Jacqueline Marie Adams, 89, of Millers Creek passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Wilkes Medical Center.

Jacqueline was born August 20,1933 in Saint Nazaire France to Raphael Rabiers de Villars and Emilienne Lambert Rabiers de Villars

She was the matriarch of the family.  Jacqueline loved spending time with her grandchildren, cooking and knitting. 

Jacqueline is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas “Donnie” Adams and sister, Paulette of France. 

Jacqueline is survived her daughter, Donna Marie Adams (Tommy) of Statesville; son, Jerry Adams (Sonya) of North Wilkesboro; grandchildren, Bridget Merritt, Aaron Blackburn, Jessica Winters, Amber Byrd, Cassie Beikirch; 11great- grandchildren, close family and friends, Moe and Maggie Musani and Myrna Golds. 

A memorial service will be held Friday January, 20, 2023 at 2 p.m. at Adams Funeral Home of Wilkes Chapel in Moravian Falls. 

 Rev. Claude Rhodes will be officiating.

The family would like to thank the ICU staff for their excellent care and support.
