Janey Lee (Puckett) Wolfe

Mrs. Janey Lee Puckett Wolfe, 53, of Boomer passed away on Saturday January 17, 2026 at Atrium Health Wake Forest Wilkes Medical Center. Janey was born on May 20, 1972 in Pike County Kentucky to James William Puckett and Alice Elizabeth Lang Puckett. She was a loving and caring wife, mother and loved her family; including her cats Sweetpea and Muffy. Janey is preceded in death her parents and siblings. Janey is survived by her husband of 32 years, Tracy Wolfe of the home; daughters, Stephanie (Matt) Kilby of Millers Creek, Misty (Josh) Miller of Millers Creek, Darlene Wolfe of Millers Creek; sons, Brady (Alexandra) Wolfe of Boomer, Scott Wolfe of Scotland, North Carolina; sisters, Tammy ( Mike) Libertini of Florida, Melissa Ann (Philip) of Alabama; Donna Cummings of Ohio; brothers, Joe Puckett and partner, Bobbie Blevins of Boomer, James “Jimmy” Puckett of Boomer, Kevin Puckett of Wilkesboro ; 8 grandchildren. A visitation will be held from 1:00-1:45 p.m. Saturday, January 31, 2026 at Adams Funeral Home Wilkes Chapel at 2109 Moravian Falls, Road Moravian Falls, NC 28654. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 31, 2026 at Adams Funeral Home of Wilkes Chapel in Moravian Falls. Rev. Brian Miller will be officiating.
