In Loving Memory of Janice Elaine (Phillips-Underwood) Bullard

Janice Elaine (Phillips-Underwood) Bullard, age 85, of Taylorsville NC, formerly from Greeneville, TN went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February14, 2025.   Born on April 5, 1939 in Knoxville TN, Janice lived a life full of grace, strength, and unwavering love.

She loved spending time in her garden, canning, sewing, quilting and feeding the birds and she did so with a heart full of kindness and a determination that inspired us all.

Janice is lovingly survived by daughter Kathy Findley (Norman); son Ed Mincey (Dawn); son Greg Evans (Stephanie); 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

She leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and resilience that will forever remain in our hearts. Her life was a testament to the power of love and the strength found in family and community.

A memorial service will be held on February 23, 2025 at McGill Click Funeral Home in Loudon TN at 2pm to celebrate her life and share in the memories of a truly remarkable woman.

We will miss her dearly but find comfort in knowing that her legacy of kindness and love will continue to guide us every day. Rest in peace, Janice.
