John Patrick Fay III

John Patrick Fay III, age 69, passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. He was born May 28, 1955 in Peekskill, N.Y., the son of the late John Patrick Fay II and Wilma Conklin Fay.

John was well known in the Bethlehem community for assisting people when in need.

Including his parents he was preceded in death by: his significant other, Brenda Ryan.

Those left to honor and cherish his memories include: his daughter, Billie Rae Fay of Bethlehem; his sons, John Patrick Fay IV (Linda) of Bethlehem, John Paul Polk of Bethlehem, Kaylee Rose and Christina Ryan; his grandchildren, Aaron Smith, Carter Fay, Leona Fay, Piper Fay, Colten Fay, Joshua Bradley Polk; his sister, Francie Fay of Montrose, N.Y., his brothers, Richard Fay (Deb) of Buchanan, N.Y., Randell Fay (Connie) of Buchanan, N.Y., and David Fay (Diane) of Conyers, G.A.

The family will conduct a memorial service at a later date.
