John Wesley Mitchell, Jr.

            John Wesley Mitchell, Jr., age 58, of Taylorsville, passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at his home. John was born September 25, 1964 in Iredell County, the son of the late John Wesley Mitchell, Sr. and Wanda Jean Revels Mitchell.

            John detailed cars for Steve White Motors and several other occupations. He was of the Baptist faith. He loved being with his dogs, doing small engine repair, grilling out and working in the yard.

            Those left to cherish and honor John’s memories include: his sister, Christy Cardwell (James); his brothers, Jason Mitchell, Brian Mitchell; his fury friend, Precious; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
