Johnny Garfield Waugh, age 66, of Statesville, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at Gordon Hospice House in Statesville.
Johnny was born January 15, 1958 in Baja, California, the son of the late Garfield Virgil Waugh Sr. and Elena Vargas Waugh.
He was a member of St. Philips Catholic Church in Statesville. He loved to hunt and fish He was a competitive pool shark and enjoyed anything outdoors.
Those left to cherish and honor his memories include: his sister, Frances Waugh and brother-in-law, Lamont Toussaint of Hiddenite; his brother, Edward L. Waugh, Sr. of Statesville; his niece, Elena A. Bunton; his great-niece, Amaya L. Bunton; his great-great-nephew, Augustus D. Erdmann.
