Kimmie J Faulk

            Mrs. Kimmie J. Faulk, age 54, of Taylorsville, passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021 at Frye Regional Medical Center.      

            Kimmie was born November 4, 1966 in Orange County, FL, the daughter of the late Merlin Buck Hayse and Joyce Johnson Summerall.

            She was of the Baptist faith and loved to go hiking on the Parkway, fishing, camping, and enjoyed music and working puzzles. She just loved being outdoors but most of all she loved her family especially the grandchildren, who called her Mimi and she was the best wife ever.

            Those left to cherish and honor her memory include: her husband of 38 years, Joseph W. Faulk of the home; her sons, Jonathan W. Faulk (Elisha) of Lenoir, Kevin D. Faulk (Brittany) of Taylorsville, Jeffery A. Faulk of Taylorsville; her grandchildren, Maverick Faulk, Logan Faulk, JJ Faulk, Allison Faulk, Niah Faulk, Joseph Faulk, Kelsey Church, Hailey Church; her sisters, JoAnna Stowers of Alabama, Sabrina Tanner of Arizona; her brothers, Jody Hayse (Elizabeth), Christopher Hayse (Samantha) all of Florida; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

            A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 4 p.m., Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at Adams Funeral Home.

            The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
