Mr. Lloyd Elmer Triplett, 71, of Boomer, passed away on Friday, April 13, 2018.

Lloyd was born on September 30, 1946 in Wilkes County to Elmer Triplett and Sophia Marie Hawkins Triplett.

Lloyd is preceded in death by his parents

Lloyd is survived by his sons, Lloyd Von Triplett (Deonna) of Boomer, Robert Carroll Triplett (Cornelia) of Lenoir; daughters, Renee Triplett Pennell (Randy) of Hickory, Tina Triplett Watson (Randy) of Boone; siblings, Romelius “Cotton” Triplett, Wilhelmina “Willie” Pearson, Carolyn Pearson, Lois Dula, Tammy Souther, Darlene Kennedy, Maxine Queen, June Triplett, Shirley Bares, Claudette Triplett; grandchildren, Matthew, Leah, Jonathan, Amber, Nathanial and Ethan Triplett, Katelyn Watson, Garrett and Aubree Pennell.

Visitation will be held Tuesday April 17, 2018 from 3:00 p.m.- 3:45p.m. at The Boomer Advent Christian Church.

The funeral service will be held on April 17, 2018 at 4 p.m. at The Boomer Advent Christian Church.

Pastor David Jones will be officiating.
