Louise McCall, age 91, of Statesville, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at Gordon Hospice House in Statesville.
Louise was born February 22, 1934, in Macon County, NC, the daughter of the late Joe Webb and Minnie Shelton Webb.
Louise was a homemaker and a faithful member of Kingdom Way Church in Jesus Name in Scotts. She was one of the founders of the church and a prayer warrior. She enjoyed reading her Bible and word search puzzles.
Including her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, John Willie McCall; a son, Randy Sampson McCall; four sisters and a brother.
Those left to cherish and honor her memories include: her daughter, Thelder Moose (Jeff) of Statesville; extended daughter, Margaret McCall Stevens of Statesville; her sons, Doug McCall of Hiddenite, Pastor Willie Neal McCall (Shirley) of Hiddenite; her brothers, Bill Webb (Nancy), Jack Webb, Bert Webb all of Statesville; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at 4 p.m., Friday, August 22, 2025, in the Adams Funeral Home Chapel. Minister Mark Baity and Minister Joe Christian will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hiddenite Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. until 4 p.m. prior to the service.
Also, the family will assemble at the home of Thelder Moose.
Pallbearers include: Mark Moose, Aidan Moose, Brandon Moose, Robert Drescher, Chris McCall, and Michael Rathge. Honorary pallbearers will be Eddie Woods and Logan Moose.
