Mark "Doc" Leo Charlesworth

            Mark “Doc” Leo Charlesworth, age 62, of Moravian Falls, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 18, 2026, at his home.

            Mark was born January 21, 1964, in Greensburg, PA, the son of the late Lewis Charles Charlesworth and Beatrice Sara Byrd Charlesworth.

            He worked for Shur-Tape in Stony Point for over 35 years and was of the Christian faith. He loved to fish, hiking, and was a great archer and won many trophies. He was a wonderful craftsman, loved to travel with his best buddy Fred, his yellow lab.

            In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Donna Charlesworth.

            Those left to cherish and honor his memories include his children, Mark Brandon Charlesworth and David Featherstone, Tessa Danielle Charlesworth and Cody Lee; his loving granddaughter, Isla Corine Lee; his brothers, Edward Charlesworth and wife, Joyce, Joseph Charlesworth and wife, Mary; his nieces and nephews, Tiffany Pundai and husband, Brandan, Maverick Baer and wife, Rachael, Eric Minton and wife, Robin, Cathy Charlesworth, Eddy Charlesworth, Emmy Lou Charleswor0th, and Julie Lupyan; and a number of other relatives and friends.

            The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m., Sunday, May 24, 2026, at Adams Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 3 p.m. in the Adams Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Blaine Keaton will officiate.
