Mrs. Mattie “Pat” Marie Denny Vickers, 73, of Wilkesboro, passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2020.
Pat was born on January 16, 1947 in Ashe County to Hubert Jacob Denny and Georgia Ruth Royal Denny.
Pat is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Ricky Denny, Ray Denny, Bobby Denny; sisters, Tammy Eastridge, Cora Smith , Julie Faye Denny and grandson, Andrew “Andy” Goforth.
Pat is survived by her husband, David Vickers Sr.; daughter, Deanna Blevins (Brian) of Rock Creek; sons, David Vickers Jr. (Jessica) of Wilkesboro, Timmy “Tim” Vickers (Kristyna) of Millers Creek; sisters, Mae Stone, Clara Williams, Sue Harris, Carol Treadway, Donna Transeau, Debbie Denny; brother, Jack Denny; 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
A viewing will be held Saturday. July 4, 2020 from 10:00-12:00 at Adams Funeral Home of Wilkes Chapel, 2109 Moravian Falls Rd, Moravian Falls.
The family request outdoor plants to place in Pats flower garden.
