Mesha Lashea Wike, age 43, of Taylorsville, passed away suddenly on Sunday, June 22, 2025, at Catawba Valley Medical Center.
Mesha was born October 13, 1981, in Alexander County, the daughter of Roger Dale Wike and Dianna Rimmer Holliday.
Waiting to welcome her into heaven was: her big brother, Jeffery Wike; her paternal grandmother, Ila Jolly; a number of paternal aunts and uncles; maternal grandparents, Bill and Nancy Rimmer; and Micheal Knight, the father of her youngest son.
In addition to her parents, left behind and broken; her three children, Jordan Kimball (Peyton), Trey Killian (Martha), and Chavis Knight.; Jordan and Trey's father and Mesha's husband of 20 years, Gary Killian. Her siblings, Wendy Combs (Chris), Richard Campbell (Alissa), Brittany Wike (Oscar), and Dakota Wike; Nieces and nephews, Michela Blaylock (Nick, Addie, and Emmett), Casey Combs (Nicole), JaQuan Davis (Makenzie and Jensen), and Rilee Campbell.
Gone way too soon, and never forgotten, Mesha's big personality and loud, infectious laugh will truly be missed by those who knew and love her still.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, June 27, 2025 in the Adams Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Jeff Carson and Pastor Ryan Hodges will officiate. Inurnment will be at the Rocky Face Baptist Church Cemetery at a later date.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
