Obituary
Michael S. Miethe, age 54, of Statesville, passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at Gordon’s Hospice House.
Michael was born January 23, 1969 in Iredell County, the son of Manfred Miethe and Robbie Cash Miethe.
Michael was a North Iredell High School Graduate. He attended Fairview Baptist Church. Michael enjoyed playing soccer and watching NFL especially the New England Patriots. He also loved to watch wrestling with his son.
Including his parents, those left to cherish and honor his memory include: his wife, Sue Ann Burgess Miethe; his daughter, Emma Claire Miethe; his sons, Nick Alexander Miethe (Jaden), Noah Grayson Miethe (Addison), and Rhett Emerson Miethe; his brother, Matthew Miethe (Michelle); his grandchildren, Peyton, Parker, Riley and one on the way, Chloe; and many other loving family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 10, 2023 at Fairview Baptist Church, Hwy 21 in Statesville. Pastor Scott Eanes will officiate.
