Michelle Lea White

            Michelle Lea White, age 50, of Taylorsville, passed away peacefully at Gateway Nursing Home in Lenoir, NC, on Sunday, December 1, 2024.

            Michelle was born on October 5, 1974 in Lincoln County, West Virginia, to Jerry White and the late Cathy Salmons Meadows.

            She had a love of West Virginia Mountaineer football, teddy bears, hair, makeup, and music. She had a ton of family and friends who she loved very much.

            Including her mother, Cathy Meadows, she was preceded in death by: her husband, James Griffith.

            Those left to cherish and honor her memories include: her father, Jerry White (Angie Cooper) of Branchland, WV; her daughters, Brooke Griffith (Aaron Cooper), Brianna Brookshire (Scott) all of Taylorsville; her son, Brandon Messer (Brianna Rowe) of Taylorsville; her grandchildren, Trent, Tate, and Dallas Cooper, Tucker and Kinsleigh Brookshire, Lukas and Raelyn Messer; her siblings, Jerry White, Jr., Jenny White-Ferrell (Adam), Anne White all of West Virginia; her nieces, Skyla and Macie; her nephews, Cory, Tanner, and Mason; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
