Mildred (Harmon) Fox-Barnes

            Mildred Harmon Fox-Barnes, age 77, of Taylorsville, passed away June 5, 2024 at her home. She was born November 4, 1946, to Harvey and Dimple Harmon.

            Mildred worked many years at Southern Devices and as a Hair Stylist until her retirement.

            Including her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Claude Fox; father of her children, husband, JC Fox; son-in-law, Henry Roten; step-son, Dale Barnes.

            Those left to cherish and honor her memories include: her husband of 11 years, Billy Barnes; her daughters, Angelia Fox Coley and Tracy Roten Plyler (Robert); her step-son, David Barnes; her grandsons, Eston Hedrick (Katherine), Dalton Roten (Tiffani); her step-grandsons, Rodney Barnes (Amy), Bradley Barnes (Dakota); her great-grandchildren, Axle and Remi Roten, Bailey, Isaac and Payson Barnes; her sisters, Helen Watson, Judy Walker; her brother, Jerry Harmon.

            Reverend Jerry Shoemaker and Reverend Jeff Carson will officiate a private graveside service.
