Mildred (Anderson) Joines

Mrs. Mildred Louise Anderson Joines, 91, of North Wilkesboro, passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Wake Forest Baptist Wilkes Medical Center. 

Mildred was born on January 25, 1929 in Wilkes County to Turner Edward Anderson Sr. and Mary Emily Bowers Anderson. 

Mildred is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Eugene Larry Joines; sons, Larry and Johnnie Joines; brother, David Anderson and grandchildren, Tommy Joines and Melissa Richardson.

Mildred is survived by her sister, Francis Edwards of Wilkesboro; brothers, Turner Anderson (Evelyn) of Mulberry, Charlie Anderson of Newland; granddaughter, Martha Butler (Michael) of Rockingham; great grandchildren, Evan Butler, Jonathan Hill both of  Rockingham, Joshua, Timothy, Matthew Richardson all of Wilkes County; nieces, Rita Brown (Freddy), Kristy Sheeler (Billy), Sharon Wagoner (Steve), Karen Segraves (Craig) all of North Wilkesboro; great nephews, Steven Segraves (Billie), Justin Segraves (Kaleigh), Steven and Scott Wagoner all of North Wilkesboro; great niece, Samantha Wagoner also of North Wilkesboro. 

Visitation will be held at 11-11:45 a.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at Adams Funeral Home of Wilkes Chapel. 

The funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at Adams Funeral Home of Wilkes Chapel in Moravian Falls.

Rev. Billy Sheeler will be officiating

Burial will follow the funeral at Scenic Memorial Garden in Moravian Falls.
