Niki Caldwell

            Niki N. Caldwell, age 46, of Statesville, passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at her home.

            Niki was born February 27, 1977 in Iredell County, the daughter of the late Marvin Colvert and Pauline Mills Colvert.

            She was a homemaker and a member of Liberty Grove Baptist Church. She enjoyed gospel music, dancing, cooking, singing, and being with her family.

            Those left to cherish and honor her memory include: her husband, William Sherrill; her daughter, Ciera Tutt (Sean) of Rock Hill, SC; her sons, Jared Murrell of Mooresville, Terrance Murrell of Statesville; her grandchild, Harmony Murrell; her sister, Delisa Trapp (Curtis) of Huntersville; her brother, Marvin Caldwell (Tamika) of Taylorsville; her great-niece, Anais Trapp; and a host of other relatives and friends.

            The funeral service will be at 1 p.m., Monday, March 20, 2023 at Liberty Grove Baptist Church. Pastor Elliott Boston will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

            The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 1 p.m.
