Robert Dean Harris

Mr. Robert Dean Harris,66, of North Wilkesboro passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at his home.  

Robert was born on July 26,1959 in Caldwell County to James Milam Harris and Cora Jane Osborne Harris.

He loved the Lord and served as a Minister for 37 years.  Robert loved spending time with his granddaughters and motorcycle riding.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Sandra Porter and Lisa Canter.

Robert is survived by his wife, Mary Alice Harris; sons, Jonathan Harris and wife, Megan, Joshua Harris; grandchildren, LaKoda Harris, Kora Harris; niece, Jama Greene and husband, Justin; nephew, David “Porkchop” Robinson and wife, Billy and many great nieces and nephews.   

A final ride from his home to Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church will begin at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 26, 2026.

The family will conduct a gathering of friends Sunday, April 26, 2026 at 3:00-3:45 p.m.at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, 11635 Statesville Road, North Wilkesboro.

The family will conduct a Celebration of Life at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, April 26, 2026 at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, 11635 Statesville Road, North Wilkesboro.

Rev. Randy Campbell and Rev. David Robinson will be officiating. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the family to help with final expenses.
