Mrs. Ruby Inez Miller Cleary, 69, of Millers Creek, passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2020.

Ruby was born on January 21, 1951 in Ashe County to John Gaither Miller and Dolly Bea Spears Miller.

Ruby is preceded in death by her parents and brother, William “Don” Miller.

Ruby is survived by her husband, William Monroe Cleary; sons, Dannie Johnston of Millers Creek, Ronnie Miller (Amy) of Ashe County, sisters, Fay Miller, Jennie Warren Evazella Elledge, Janet Hayes, Jo Ann Miller, Nancy Church all of Millers Creek, Virginia Brown of North Wilkesboro, Bonnie Minton of Wilkesboro; brothers, John Miller of Ashe, James Miller, of Millers Creek, Gaither Dean Miller, of Virginia, Billy Miller of Millers Creek, step son William Cleary of Traphill, step daughter Brandy McMenis of North Wilkesboro; 8 grandchildren and 15 great grand children.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
