Shelia Dianne Benge

            Ms. Shelia Dianne Benge, age 60, of Granite Falls, passed away Monday, September 6, 2021 at Frye Regional Medical Center.

            She was born October 1, 1960 in Iredell County, the daughter of the late Billy Lee Curlee I and Judith Swicegood Phillips.

            She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and loved her little dog, Jackie.

            In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her two brothers, Michael Curlee and Bill Curlee II.

            Those left to cherish and honor her memory include: her daughters, Kristy Benge (Josh), Melissa Dales (Justin); and her son, Casey Curlee (Beth); four granddaughters, Aliyah, Mia, Hailey and Kay`ona; seven grandsons, Trenton, Christian, Jay`on, Ayden, Jayden, Kasen, Mason; her sisters, Liane Curlee, Sandy Roark; her brother, Doug Curlee.
