Shirley Ann Roberson

            Mrs. Shirley Ann Roberson, age 82, of Orchard Trace Ct., Taylorsville, passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at Valley Nursing Center/

            Shirley was born August 3, 1937 in Greenville, Mississippi, the daughter of the late Newton Howell Warren and Callie Mae Massey Warren.

            She had worked as a Squadron Commander Secretary for Greenville Air Force Base. She was a member of Peace United Methodist Church in Fredericksburg, VA. She was very active in the Methodist church. She loved her husband, and her two children and three grandchildren. She was a great cook.

            Those family members left to cherish her memory include; her husband of 60 years, Rob Roberson; a daughter, Jennifer Roberson of Fredericksburg, VA; a son, David Roberson and wife, Susie, of Durham; grandchildren, Randall Roberson, Michael Roberson and John Roberson.

            The family will conduct a celebration of life service at a later date.
