Stella Louise (Howell) Taylor

Mrs. Stella Louise Howell Taylor, 59, of Boone, passed away peacefully at her home on July 31, 2024. 

Stella was born on October 2, 1964 in Tazewell County Virginia to Lacey Allen Howell and Nilah Louise Lambert Howell .

 She was known for her fun-loving and joyful spirit, which brought light and laughter into the lives of everyone who knew her.

Her life was a testament to joy and love, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. 

Stella is preceded in death by brother, Junior Howell.

Stella is survived by her parents; husband of 43 years, Bill Taylor; daughters, Kelly and Kristy Taylor; son in law, Jason Trivette; grandchildren, Damian Luttrell, Devin Trivette, Kara Taylor; siblings, Jeff Howell, Sandy Prestwood and husband Ronnie, and many other dear relatives. 

The family will conduct a celebration of life service to be held Saturday, August 17, 2024 at 2 p.m. at Foscoe Christian Church.  A fellowship reception will follow at a later date. 

Rev. Billy Norris will be officiating.
