Mr. Steven Michael Chastain,44, of Wilkesboro passed away on March 21, 2023 at his home.
Steven was born on June 26, 1978 in Missouri to Fred Chastain and Ruby Wages Chastain.
Steven is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Fred Chastain Jr.
Steven is survived by his wife, Johnnie Osborne of the home; daughters, Tricia Chastain of Missouri, Xen Blackmore of Texas; brother, Frank Chastain and 2 grandchildren.
No services are planned.
