Troy Woodrow Medley

Mr. Troy Woodrow Medley, 49, of Fleetwood, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at his home. The loss was a tragedy to all who knew him.  Those who knew him knew of his internal struggles, unfortunately the weight is sometimes too heavy to bare.  We pray he found eternal peace. 

Troy was born on May 08, 1975 in Wilmington, Delaware to Sheila Woods Medley and the late Dalas Medley.

His true pride and joy was his son, Dalas Conner Medley, named after his beloved grandfather.  Troy expressed his endless love for Conner everyday and even now it remains.  Troy also had a passion for baseball, especially watching the Phillies.  His loyalty to his family and friends knew no limit this was one of his greatest qualities. He cared a great deal about people and would give you the shirt off his back.  He will be greatly missed and truly loved until the day we see him again.   

Troy is preceded in death by his father and brother, Scotty Medley. 

Troy is survived by his mother, Sheila Medley of Fleetwood; wife, Morgan Medley of Fleetwood; son, Conner Medley of Lansing; sister, Crystal Dawn Medley of Fleetwood. Many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to: Morgan Medley 131 Idlewild Mountain. Estates, West Jefferson, NC 28694.

 The family will conduct a private service at a later date.
